Be sure to check the include subfolders box so that you do not have to specify the subfolder. Select this folder and then press the next button. The folder that you are looking for is going to be called LGHUB. You can typically find it in the program files of your C drive. Once you have done that, you need to find the driver. This time you will select the browse my computer option instead of the automatic search option. Select the mouse, right-click on it and then click on properties click the update driver button in the driver tab. If this does not work, then you have the option to update your mouse driver manually. Right-click, select properties, and then press update driver in the driver tab.
You will see a small yellow icon on your mouse under the mice and other pointing devices menu. Head to the device manager and select the mouse option to see if there is an issue with the mouse driver.
Unplug the mouse and plug it back in using a different USB port, it should re-enumerate and be detected in G-HUB, G hub should download the driver for your specific device.
